My daughter has cerebral palsy hemiplegia and is doing fantastic in karate. She said she feels powerful in her body! The instructors really care and make it fun.
My son takes the little Rhinos class at PRO Martial Fit. He really enjoys the classes and learns a lot. It's great exercise, the instructors make the classes super fun. He loves to go! He learns about anti-bullying and self-discipline. He has learned how to follow directions and set an example for others. We recommend joining classes at PRO Martial Fit!

We have loved this class! My daughter started a little over a year ago in Little Rhinos and continues to advance in the Basic class. Typically she would not stick with something like this, but she has just loved it here! I'm thrilled! The instructors are wonderful and nurturing to the young kids.
