My son takes the little Rhinos class at PRO Martial Fit. He really enjoys the classes and learns a lot. It's great exercise, the instructors make the classes super fun. He loves to go! He learns about anti-bullying and self-discipline. He has learned how to follow directions and set an example for others. We recommend joining classes at PRO Martial Fit!

We have loved this class! My daughter started a little over a year ago in Little Rhinos and continues to advance in the Basic class. Typically she would not stick with something like this, but she has just loved it here! I'm thrilled! The instructors are wonderful and nurturing to the young kids. The curriculum has resulted in dramatic improvement in her form over the past year.

My son loves Pro Martial Fit. The facility is good, and the instructors are awesome. We love that they not only teach karate, self defense, and anti-bullying concepts; but also place a significant emphasis on helping kids develop self-discipline awareness.

PMF taught my child how to be confident and act like a leader. They use karate to capture children's attention while teaching important life skills. I wish I knew about this for my first child!
