My daughter has cerebral palsy hemiplegia and is doing fantastic in karate. She said she feels powerful in her body! The instructors really care and make it fun.
My son takes the little Rhinos class at PRO Martial Fit. He really enjoys the classes and learns a lot. It's great exercise, the instructors make the classes super fun. He loves to go!
